2024 Home Run Derby & Hitting Challenge Entry

Get ready for a thrilling day of baseball excitement at the 2024 NWAMBSL Hitting Challenge and Home Run Derby taking place just after the All-Star game at Mt. Hebron! Whether you're a seasoned hitter or just looking to have fun, this event is for you.

Hitting Challenge

• 10 Swings: Each batter will have 10 swings to showcase their skills.

• Field Zones: The field will be divided into three zones: left, center, and right.

• Bunting: Start by bunting successfully into all three zones.

• Line Drives: Then, attempt to hit a line drive in each zone. To qualify, the line drive must clear the infield dirt and stay under 12 feet in height.

• Fly Balls: Finally, replicate a tag-up situation by hitting a fly ball in all three zones.

Bonus Targets: Hit the special bonus targets scattered around the field to earn extra points! These targets add an extra layer of excitement and fun to the challenge—you won't want to miss it.

Entry Details:

• One Free Entry: Each team gets one free entry.

• Additional Entries: Only $5 per additional player.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in the Hitting Challenge!

Home Run Derby

Step up to the plate for the classic Home Run Derby! Each player gets 10 swings to hit as many home runs as possible. It's a true test of power and precision.

• One Free Entry: Each team can send one representative.

• Additional Entries: Just $5 per player for a chance to compete in the derby.

We're calling on all players, families, and friends to join the fun! We need help with shagging balls and retrieving home run balls. Your participation will help make this event a success.

Pitching Volunteers: Contestants can choose anyone they like to pitch for them. We're also looking for volunteers to help pitch, so if you're interested, please let us know!
